"Momsy" started as a name when she became a grandmother, and it stuck — for the family, and eventually for half the neighborhood too. She wasn't formally in the restaurant business, but she ran her kitchen and her table like someone who understood hospitality better than most professionals do: feed people well, remember what they like, and know exactly when someone needs a soft place to land instead of a lecture.
When it came time to name this place, there wasn't really a decision to make. It carries her name, and as much as possible, it carries her habits too — the open door, the extra helping, the sense that a quick stop for coffee might turn into the best part of your day.
— with love, from her family and this whole team
History of Momsy
Picture backstory:
One of her grandsons drew a side-by-side portrait of her by hand as a school project, using only a blue Bic pen.
